Mark: "Describe the pain."
Good one
😂 👍🏻
Oof
His spirit was broken
Nicholaus LOL
Poor Coyote... I feel so bad. He looked so devastated.😭
“OH NO... NO!”
educated_ emmy I started tearing up. By his voice you could tell he was so upset
Reason why he was so upset is because it was they're dinner. Delicious
educated_ emmy Ik he works so hard on his vids and searching it must’ve sucked
Never seen coyote get so upset after losing an animal
you should see the one about the rare blue frog, he spent 3 days trying to catch it only to lose it. He was really upset after that.
@Justin Jeune or the time it really takes to find them
Well cause we never seen him loose one before
Coyote: *puts blue prawn in water*
Blue Prawn: ladies and gentlemen, we got em
I really, really, really love how this turned out, and especially the atmosphere of this video. I'm here watching this before supper and it really feels like a story. Totally dig the nighttime shooting too. That brought a different feel.
I remember watching this video as a kid and being absolutely amazed at the rainforest terrain. I wanted to go there, be apart of your team so bad. Cut to 7 years later, I'm in grade 12 and I've applied to multiple schools in for a wildlife biology program. Thank you for instilling a love for life and nature inside of me!!!
This is 4 yrs ago tho
Sometimes I'm tempted to just skip to the parts where you finally catch the animal you're looking for, but I cant get myself to do that with all the effort you guys go through in these videos. I appreciate it!
I love how right before the prawn escapes, Mark says “don’t loose it” when coyote puts it into the water
I'm continually blown away by the quality of content in Brave Wilderness. There is variety, it is well-editing, and really, Coyote Peterson helps fill the gaping hole Steve Irwin's death left in my heart. Everyone I've shown this channel has agreed, and absolutely loves his energy and personality. He's become a regular name in my friendgroup, and I'm proud to have that name on our tongues. Keep up the good work!

Coyote: "Lets dip it in the water to get it to let loose of the net"
Blue Prawn: "Hold my Beer"
no
Austin Kent that’s not the meme tho
Josiah Yoder you should of said hold my drink not beer
Awww i love how coyote got so disappointed it just shows his passion
Simply amazing. I've always wanted to visit Costarica. I love the interaction with the cameramen in this one. You guys are legends.
i love how he can be such a child capturing these animals and its amazing that he can do stuff like this and i love it!
but he has never been as angry as in this episode
Hey Coyote! Fantastic video, as always. No worries about the shrimp escaping, it happens to the best of us. The footage you guys got was still amazing, detailed and satisfying enough, in my opinion! You even entered the "pinch zone" for us, even if it wasn't voluntarily! I love your work and I hope you continue to show us amazing creatures and educate people about them ! Good luck!
Mavy XenoWolf Hi
This is by far the best nature/animal i dont know what to call it program there is! You dont get attatched to just the main character, when you watch many episodes i feel the camera crew is just as much main character as the main character. I just love this show!!
Everything was awesome! Thank you guys. I love the videos, you guys are amazing!
Those episodes are so great, I can’t stop watching them 😂
I always notice how coyote wants certain things to happen. Like how he wanted to show the prawn in order of smallest to largest and usually things end up that way. Not just in this episode but in most he gets very lucky. And I believe he is so lucky with finding animals and being able to showcase them because of how respectful and polite he is to the universe and its creatures
Stress level: Coyote losing a giant shrimp
😉
prawn not shrimo they're different if you does not believe search it on youtube
Nice one
Or for short, *CLAGS*
So sad bruh hahah
Still love this episode even with losing the beast you still caught it! They DO exist
Nice video man. I really enjoyed it. We have those crayfish here in the Caribbean. We catch them all the time. They do get pretty big to the point where the claws are bluish-black. I had never considered a heirachy of growth though.
Love how Coyote was devastated after that Blue Claw slipped away and then he took it in a positive direction!
Yes, it sucked it got away...but atleast they got that massive crustacean on camera even if it was brief ^^
much more better than national geographic
animal planet
discovery channels
good job buddy ...
love the nature you made my day :)
dont feel sad, Coyote, we got a nice look at it :)
Your picture looks like the motor Lisa
thats what she said
Yes
What the hell
... What if he stepped on it? Lol
“Well if an orange claw can pop a hole in my finger, I don’t want to know what the blue claw’s gonna do.”
Me: “Escape?”
Coyote: *tries to let orange claw go*
Orange Claw: "Ohhhh, I wont let you go..."
coyote: doesnt try to let the blue claw go
blue claw: im about to end this mans whole career
Mark: "...don't lose it" Coyote: "I won't", 5 seconds later.... Mark: "what happened..?"
"It's gonna knock your claws off!" Lmfao. That's one of those jokes that's so corny that it's actually funny, especially with the delivery & inflection lol. GOD, I absolutely LOVE Coyote Peterson! I was never interested in nature until i ran across this channel! Thank you so much for all that you do for both us fans as well as the animals - keep up the great, positive work, guys!
Gosh he got so exasperated at the end, never seen him like that. Totally understand it though, dude's been searching the whole day in a pest-infested rainforest.
ikr
I thought he took it really well. All night walkin in the dark constantly soaked in river water and that happens? If it was me i woulda been SO pissed
are you by any chance referring to runescape
ButterKing udonnoodles this work is very personal, and theres just something about diggin in and always searching for new material to show to others.
That's a way to level up your fishing level, isn't it?
The LAST truly "wild" forest on Earth. 👍
The South and Central American rainforests are literally virgin territory, where few, if any, humans have ever been before. Like Western Canada and Alaska, they're like the lungs of the Planet, soaking up Carbon Dioxide and Monoxide and breathing out oxygen.
Every acre needs to be protected.
Absolutely amazing creatures!
As impressive as this man's pain tolerance is, I'm even more impressed by his language filter. I've been pinched by crayfish before and my response was not near as wholesome.
I need his patience and optimism. Love him!
I love him so much just "oww! If an orange claw hurts then a blue claws gonna hurt worse!" *few seconds pass* "lets go find a bigger one"
Coyote, I gotta say, you are a lifesaver. The other day I was hiking and a cactus penetrated my shoe. If it weren't for you I wouldn't have known to grab a nearby stick and get it out. God bless you, Coyote Peterson.
Even if it is common sense, human reaction to pain is usually to jump back and swat or brush it away, like when a bee stings you, or you burn your hand on a stove. If you’re telling me that your first reaction to a cactus stabbing into your foot isn’t trying to brush it off, you’re just probably wrong. The fact they could remember Coyote’s advice despite being in pain, is honestly impressive, and, in the very least, saved them from more pain.
Lucky you hope ur safe
Yeah i thought everbody already knew not to get a cactus with their hands. I suppose this is a joke?
@The One Who Stands Above All well you can try with your hand, thats up to you i guess..
@The One Who Stands Above All If you didn't have a multi-tool you would need something nearby to get it out. You obviously wouldn't want to use your hand or other body part, and the rear barbs on the cactus would prevent it from just being "brushed" off and would actually make it go into your skin deeper.
“That prawn is half way to panama by now” 😂😂😂
the last one is pretty small I caught one 2× the size of it and i have friends who caught bigger than mines, those really do get big, there are occasions where we catch them with our bare hands under rocks
If i ever had to be stranded in the wilderness I'd want this dude with me.
Coyote: “we have a goal of catching all 3 life cycles of this shrimp!”
Also Coyote after finding all three life cycles: “UGH omg he got away >:/“
I never seen coyote so sad before :(
ItsBee kayleigh♥️😍😁😓😱🙊🙋🤘👌✌️🤞

ItsBee I got sad seeing him so sad
ItsBee I KNOW I WAS SO SAD
Coyote this video shows how much you care about giving us viewers good content because you are frustrated and determined to find another shrimp
Thanks for not using bad language, even when you got bit in the finger and when it got away! My kids and I enjoy watching your shows! Thanks putting these together, we've learned a lot!
it’s so surreal and depressing to see coyote peterson distressed, like mm coyote you’re just such an amazing man and you’re pretty much my hero like you do such amazing things, see incredible creatures i couldnt even imagine existed, and go to such beautiful places. idk if you’ll ever even see this but like thank you for sharing these awesome experiences with us
Keep them coming love the videos
Mark:"don't lose it!"
Cyotote: " i won't i have a good grip on it."
*looses it*
I loved getting an inside look at the life of the dabbing shrimp. Thanks Coyote.
make more videos like this I loved it!!!!!!!!!
It was SO sad how sad/mad Coyote got when the blue claw slipped away :( but I love their videos :)
Mark- "Don't lose it."
Coyote- "I won't, I got a good grip on it."
Prawn- "Yeah right, watch this."
Republic Reptiles truly and honestly right
Prawn style: pincho no jutsu
*Im going to do what is called a pro gamer move*
Prawn: "Hold my beer"
Shrimp "im about to ruin this mans career"
“I got it! I got it! I got a stick too, but I also got it!” This has to be my favorite coyote line ever
He’s giant for a reason: he’s intelligent and can survive really well
This once happened to me, but with a lobster. I found an adult-size lobster underneath a huge rock that was only about 10 ft below the surface at high tide. At low tide, it was in a huge tide pool, so it was in less than 2 feet of water when I found it. I picked it up with my net, but the net was too small to get the lobster inside, so the lobster fell back into the water and I lost it.
I was about to cry when I saw how sad he was, we got a good look though. Thanks coyote!
..I have NEVER and i mean NEVER seen him so upset before
Well, he got shrimped..
Ervin Zamora 1 k like
I can tell he was so devastated
Ervin Zamora fr
Because he spent a WHOLE ENTIRE day
When Coyote has to go through this much to catch a creature you can easily find at any market in your country lol
The power of even those SMALL ones is insane
As a kid, we used to catch these with our bare hands in the river behind our house. We would catch 50 or 60 of them and use them for catfish bait. They also make good smallmouth bass bait to. We tried boiling them once, it didn't taste very well lol. We would never catch the big ones tho lol
You are a brave soldier Coyote!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!!
I have NEVER seen him rage!
I have
i feel bad for coyote
cool man 123 10:47
he’s not raging he was reacting
Haha me ither!
I would love to catch and cook with those prawns.
I seen it and I think you do good on all of your videos and keep it up and stay brave and stay wild!!!!!
It’s fine that it got away, Coyote. Everybody makes mistakes. Just think about all of the other cool animals that you caught!
coyote lost a piece of his soul when that prawn got away
that was really cool! Thanks for the efforts! Too bad the net let you down there
I doubt he will reply,
But how would a simple nature loving viewer like me be able to go on adventures with the famous coyote Peterson? ???
Coyote: *Loses prawn.*
Mark: "R U OK?"
7:10 is pretty funny haha as soon as Mark was saying if Coyote finds somthing will have to slide down, a couple seconds later Coyote starts yelling up to them, I see huge eyeballs, Mario says what did he say? Mark says somthing along the lines of Oh Boy haha
I mostly enjoy the production work you guys do... sometimes the "escalation" is a bit much for me, but you never fail to produce good content! Also, that blue prawn looked Delicious!!! Thanks for calling them prawns in the video if not in the title... it's just like when they call crayfish lobsters... Ugg!!!
Coyote doesn't swear when he's bitten by animals but I feel like the loss of the blue freshwater prawn is the closest he has come to painting the atmosphere blue with his words on camera. 😩
I'm binge watching all these episodes how'd i not know about this bloke before?
i swear coyote is the closest thing to a real life pokemon trainer 😂
This is how I'll rate my anger from now on: clear claw, orange claw, blue claw, Coyote after losing the blue claw.😄😄😄
It’s okay, guys! Coyote redeems himself by catching the eel!
Even though I’m allergic to shellfish the prawn look delicious
When he got annoyed it showed that he really did care about making good content for viewers. Alot of other TheXvidrs dont care if the only get a few seconds of footage to get money and just get the video over and done with.
I like this episode because it reminds us that coyote is still humna and mistakes happen. And also it's the first time I see him get mad.
I feel so bad for Coyote my eyes started tearing up I’ve never seen him so sad :(
I have never seen Cayote being mad while he was finding a River Shrimp, I feel bad for him while the sad music plays
Coyote you are amazing i love animals and i watch you alot
this guy is so passionate. new subscriber for sure
Coyote it's ok u showed us it we know you put lots of effort in your videos
Abdelazim Daby.
Toxic NoVa
Why was the blue claws mouth foaming???? Love watching your shows. I would do anything to spend the day searching for some magnificent creatures.
I guess you guys know that's the river shrimp monster it's so scary looking 😮😨
Omg watching these Shrimp are making me so hungry especially that last one omg imagine throwing that delicious looking thing in a pot of water.
Thats the first time i've ever seen Coyote upset or genuinely mad.
I've never seen coyote be so upset!

Me neither
Man the slight rawness of these videos always gets me good
Freshwater Prawn is a monstrous freshwater shrimp because it's time to Be Brave & Stay Wild 🐾🦐🌌
I like how he says 'popped a hole' when he
talks about wounds... lol
Bummer, but luckily we got a really good look at that creature. Coyote even sustained like his 1000th bite in this video!
That shrimp is trying to use bubble beam.
it used vice grip
qamar salam :/ wtf are you talking about
Crystal the pokemon trainer cyotee used capture he cought a blue claw it is extra large
Emilio Aguirre it used claw crush lol and ouch
Emilio Aguirre certain crabs can breathe on land and when they do bubbles forms on their mouths. It's not the first crab like creature that did that
Had to give this video a thumbs up just for their efforts.
He looks so devastated, makes me want to cry :(
Where can they be found also are they dangerous was it easy to catch? (Curious Comments)
@Brave Wilderness i think it would be awesome if you did a video on the mantis shrimp.
This is new for me!! I've heard of fresh water lobsters (crayfish), but not a fresh water shrimp (prawn)!!
You guys know what type of shrimp I can put in a creek in a small creek on my land. It doesn't lead to any other body of water so no need to worry about introducing a different animal into the ecosystem but I want some in there so when my guests come they can catch themselves some dinner
That looks delicious. I'm gonna eat some shrimp for dinner tonight. 🍤 🍤 🍤😋😋
Those are REALLY small compared to the ones where I live
Man... I feel your pain, Coyote. It's too bad that Blue Claw actually managed to escape. But hey, it's alright though. Like you and the rest of the crew said in the video, you guys still got quite a few good shots of it while it was latched onto the net. In all fairness, freshwater prawns are very evasive and it's difficult for even the most professional wildlife experts (such as yourself) to keep it held for a long period of time.
