The Innergie 60-C is the World's smallest 60 watt power adapter. It uses USB-C as an interface and can power anything from a Macbook, laptop, iPhone (with adapter), Galaxy S10 or any other smartphone. I'll even use the Innergie 60-C to recharge my USB-C wireless headphones. This could be the perfect travel charger.

+adrianodjs a Watt is Volts * Amps. Watts is useful information about a power supply because it let's us know how many things we can power, or how much power can obviously be output. If a device can use more it can probably charge faster for example. However if I magically found a 1KW power supply and it's 5V I can charge hundreds of phones no problem. Because all phones will only draw as much current as they need. That said, if it's 1KV and 1A, I will fry anything, including myself probably. There's a lot of confusion about what usb is, and the thing is, you can charge anything usb with 2 wires and the standard 5v. You can trickle charge anything with things as low as 0.1w if it's 5v. Quick charge is a regulator that has nothing to do with communication, what it does is simply accept different voltages for the phone to use with varying amounts of current it can utilize.

So I left my laptop charger for work at the office. And I was dying to get some juice on my dell laptop latitude 3390. One good thing was that it was able to be charged by usb type c. I was about to get just a simple universal adapter with the dell tip from innergie when i saw this tiny little thing at the store. The price is definitely ridiculous when I compared to the innergie's dell adapter ( $120 SGD vs $29 SGD), but the universal adaptability to be able to charge other devices brings up the value even more. The fact that it was so small it was comparable to a ipad charger (And that thing can't even power up a laptop -.- )
I decided to go ahead with this 60-C power adapter and boy I did not regret getting it. To me, I feel that this is a intelligent charger that can power up to more types of new devices in the future and that the value of this tiny little thing would "speak up" for the price itself should I not choose to get this one and got the dell adapter instead... xD.
So... cheers to Innergie for developing such a good engineering laptop adapter that everyone doesn't take notice of in their daily lives.

Even though you may be charging a phone faster but you may damage the phone because the battery isn't made to charge that quickly.

Buy the extender cord for the macbook charger and you are set... that way you won't have the brick hanging off the wall or taking up space. I left my extender cord on mine cause the length is handy to have even in my bedroom or in the kitchen. If you don't have a MacBook then buy this as you will end up paying around the same price for the MacBook charger and extender.

powerbrick for 110$ is too much even for Apple, you kidding me? there are much cheaper alternatives around that work exactly the same, I just bought 30,000mha power bank for 40$ and I love it, I charge it once in 1-2 weeks, mad cheap and works great, but you need to be careful with fake shit, I saw sand inside on some power banks....

So, if one company can come up with a charger that small with the same or better technology, what is to Apple? Is Apple dump not to build one like that! Apple, come on!

Please before buying this expensive brick, read the Amazon and other websites feedback about this item. I personally love my Anker 60W adaptor that has 4 USB ports and one USB-C port on it. Been using it for over 3 years now. Charges my my Iphone XR much faster than the stock adaptor it came with.

To argue willy do's point spending 109 is fine let's just say you own a MacBook and iPhone X(S) then you can avoid spending another 70 on a fast charger therefore saving 30-40 USD

    • Steff
      Steff 6 days ago

Yeah if you have the 2016 Macbook or upwards just buy the extender cord for a MUCH cheaper price and that way the brick wont be in the way or hang off the wall and you can then charger any device with that charger except having to change to lightning for the iPhone.

It's incredible how successful Unbox Therapy's business model is. We are all literally anticipating them release videos that are basically ads. Every company that is having a product "unboxed" is paying them to do so, in which they create content with it in a way that we all want to watch it, they get to advertise directly on top of each video through AdSense, and then we all come click again tomorrow.. incredible work Lew, you've really created an empire here.

USB-C only handles up to 100watts so just a heads up for everyone. Meaning power bricks like this and other ones won't handle every laptop out there.

  • Brett Prior
    Brett Prior 8 days ago

Intelligent computers, like ThinkPads, dating back to say... 2010/11... will sense what wattage adapter is being used, and even throttle the CPU to allow the machine to charge while using it simultaneously. That said, if not using the machine, and all the adapter is doing is charging the battery... then it will charge it at a similar rate that a 90/95 watt unit would while using the machine. That said.... a 90/95w unit will charge even faster yet when the machine is shut down or sleeping. I wouldn't doubt that the macbook pro made that ding, and popped up a window about an unauthorized charger though, as apple is like that.

  • Brett Prior
    Brett Prior 8 days ago

Wait a second... I'm not an Apple guy, and for good reason. But you're telling me that the iPhone comes with a power adapter that can't even achieve the phones optimal charge rate? You're kidding right? That would just be perfect if that's actually true, the ultimate nail in the coffin that is proof of what an apple customer really is.

I am a MacBook Pro user and have had to replace the charger 3 times over its 6 years using it, and it’s always due to the cable bending and eventually not working, popping, and burning the plastic. That’s around 300 dollars since I live abroad. This product looks like it solves the issue with the bad cables because you would only have to replace the type C cable, and for probably a lot cheaper than a whole brick! Thanks for the review!
