    It worries me that such one sided bull is portrayed to the us public as to what is going on.
    Thankfully we still have democracy to voice normal working class opinions because no one else speaks for them.

    Try to remember that he lost the popular vote in 2016 by several million votes! Nobody should hold Boris Johnson against ALL UK CITIZENS!
    I love Graham Norton! (But Steven is better! ) LOL

    Norton is a vainglorious little pimp. and has as much understanding of British politics as a wheel barrow. And being a remote Irishman is not gonna be neutral about it.

    Let me explain;
    The British were at the best of times part time European's.
    When dinner was served, they stood at the front of the line,...when it was time to wash up,...they were consistently absent.
    In the pub the individual EU countries bought rounds for one another, the British making sure they got drunk real fast, but never one's in all their time bought a round of drinks for anybody els.
    If there was a near concensus on something the EU needed, it was always the Brits that hijacked the floor making sure they got the last vote,...but wanting something for it in return effectively holding it to ransome.
    The Cameron threat he made to get even more goodies for nothing ended up being their undoing, and they've committed suicide because the spoiled brats didn't get what they didn't deserve in the first place.
    A certain Nigel, with super close ties to Moskou, came in and played into the British delusion of grandeur, telling them exactly what they wanted to hear, the rest we now know.
    Now businesses are running from the UK to the EU on mass, and international deals are impossible to go their way from now on.
    Soon they'll loose Scotland (probably Northern Ireland too), and still, because of Geography have to deal with the might of the EU on the EU's terms.
    That's Brexit.

    UK law student here - the Queen actually has several powers, technically (they're called Royal Prerogatives), however most of them are exercised by the government.
    The monarchs used to have all the Game-of-Thones-esque powers until the people decided they wanted something closer to a democracy. Magna Carta was signed in 1215, limiting the monarch's power and distributing them between the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. Nowadays the monarch has a ceremonial role as head of state and performs certain duties at the behest of the government - she prorogues Parliament as stated in the video and signs laws into effect (which is called Royal Assent) among a few others.
    The Queen is expected to perform these duties - as opposed to refusing to do them - because of something called constitutional convention; in other words, long, well-established tradition. There are no laws governing conventions, but the three branches of government and the Queen follow them anyway. Mad, right?

    Graham Nortons show is so much better than American shows. He actually let's his guests speak and doesn't just speak over them. I really don't understand why talk hosts do that in the US? You don't get to see the celebrities personality if they're trying so hard to OWN the conversation. Big egos.
