(Also, though, I have to feel a certain amount of sympathy for the male ducks. Guys, Mother Nature has truly handed you a horrible situation. Also, what happens if you've grown your new seasonal penis and suddenly a bunch of male duck rivals move into the neighborhood one day? Do you spontaneously begin growing a few more inches? And what about the females? Do they add depth? SO WEIRD.)

Having lived on a farm, I can attest to male ducks being a**holes.

Chickens are another species were mating often gets pretty rapey, especially when roosters outnumber hens. I remember some of the hens having most of their back feathers ripped off during the summer on the farm. Thouse hens would sometimes get the last laugh though as roosters were the first to go into the pot and sometimes I'd share a drumstick with them.

I knew ducks had weird mating procedures as I witnessed a male nearly killing an unwilling female but this was truly unexpected. A decade old yet still great video.

Ok I watched this video a while ago, and yesterday my cousin was laughing at something and I asked “what?” So he showed me a video of a duck raping another duck. While he was busy laughing and showing someone else, I was internally debating whether to educate him on the ducks corkscrew penis and reversed corkscrew vagina. I love ducks, & have been getting zefrank suggestions after enjoying a few of his videos. This was inevitable. I just stopped up my ears & wouldn't look through about half of this, so I could still love ducks.

I remembered this being funny and sent it to my teacher a few hours ago.... I just second guessed my life choices and thought I'd double check. I done goofed.

Where did this idea of duck penises falling off come from? Everything I've learned and observed from them indicates that their penis shrivel and tuck away once the breeding season ends, not fall off. I took a gander through the literature on avian penises and I have yet to come across a paper that claims duck penises fall off and are regrown each year.

After watching this video, I feel like whoever first called these creatures ducks made a typo.

After watching about 20 of these videos, I have concluded that Jerry is obsessed with one feature a certain gender's reproductive system.

My stupid mother wanted some ducks because she thought they where cute. Now they are forced to stay locked up 24/7 365 in a smallish pen outside because "they mess up the yard"
And the male ducks are huge assholes. Since my mother does not want to care for them I have to come and feed them/water them twice a day and I every time I do so the duck males are fighting one another or trying to take turns raping the female ducks by grabbing their heads with their bills and forcing it to the ground.
Huge pile of eggs that where abandoned in the pen, 30 or so, with another 3 nests inside. I have no idea why she is choosing to keep the eggs in the nests so they hatch and grow into ducks. 40+ new ducklings trapped in a small cage for the rest of their lives.
