277 miles with the full. Thirsty.
Did you have a crankshaft position sensor signal code ?!?!? I’m having one on my BMW and I’m pretty sure is the same reason because of the fly wheel
Must be nice to be rich...
Hahahahaha “do you need to take my college money again?” 👏😂
That car is ugly as sin, interior looks cheap too
its not reverse thats how it sholud be, back for upshift, front for downshift
Got a question for you I'm new to your channel and and love your videos! Plus I think your better then Doug.... I'm young (19) and starting to flip cars any advice you would give to someone starting off? Thanks alot!! Keep up the Videos
Man sell that shyt. Grab your 15k and head to the hills🏃🏽♂️💨💨
gosh , i just watched a full video... do you know that you have a magic M// Button ? when you press it that car becames a monster and shifts a gear like crazy .
want to sell that ?
That beeping stands for new hour (12:00pm or 11:00am)
Not that beep
540 is a better car
These bmw's are only worth keeping until the warranty is valid
when do you ever pull down?...you pull up and push down. Both you and Doug are talking and driving a car you know very little about. I have been daily driving a V10 M6 for years now!.. I don't know a more reliable V10 ...bunch of trash talking online. This car takes a study..
It actually does make sense to shift up by going down and shifting down by going up. Almost every straight cut gear setup is like that and almost every European car is like that.
up is down and down is up? if you bush the break holding the gear lever your hand will automaticly pull forward (downshifting) and pushing the gas will make you automaticly upshift. That is really not so hard to understand -,-
Manual swap it
In short, you better become a BMW mechanic before buying one.
Hate when the ac juice goes out
Cheapest 2007 M5 in Australia is going for 47000$, this car was a given
Jeremy Clarkson said the exact same thing. M mode changes the car completely
That is the proper way of shifting sequential. Pull down for up-shifts and push up for down. Just like the Rally cars and other professional cars. Mazda does this the right way. Everyone else gets it backwards. :)
The beep at 10:00 - For some reason BMW feels the need to tell you when the clock goes from XX:59 -> X(X+1):00, managed to turn it off on mine.
Please find manual m5 e60, it was only produced for US, please find it and show it to us
All it's A/C juice leaked out... lol
Love the appearance/styling of this car and BMW's in general but Christ almighty this brand exhibits some rather questionable build-quality choices.
@Mike Hawk That is my only issue with BMW. I see so many people pointing out the wacky build quality problems to the point I don't want to ever buy one!
Same here. I love the way bmw's look but alot of their problems could have been completely avoided.
SMG is different than a manual and not just minus a clutch pedal. It’s sequential, as the name says. Motorcycle and many race transmissions are sequential, but controlled manually not by computer. An H pattern manual or a double clutch select gears differently. It’s one of the reasons it’s been made obsolete.
Can safely conclude, that the wizard is a useless hillbilly who loves his ginger beared way too much......
9:59 every new bmw owner back in the 2000s
im sure ill catch hate for this but im an ASE certified tech and i have a 2009 135i(n54) ive spent well over $6,000 to get it to run the way i like in parts alone. no labor included. I will never own another bmw product once i sell this POS
Relax first thing gead over to Cerma oil .com use all there additives you will not have any issues ! I did mine two years ago Runs Incredible !!!I daily my M3 SMG 06 ,you are not suppose to Atomatic this Car ! Paddle shift is the best way at highest shift rate ! Auto is for leisure ! running the right octane very important with proper tire Pressure ! You Got too learn Dude this is a Race ready Car ! You funny also LOL
BMWs are clearly not for you...get an Odyssey
This is how strippers are made
So glad BMW made the shift lever work the right way, despite what you think. Also, NEVER put it in D mode for automatic changing. I'm certain having that function was an argument between the engineers and sales people, which the dumb sales people won. Put it in manual S6 and let it rev a little between pulling on the levers (not so hard they break - never heard of that before!). It's a special car and doesn't like to be driven like a Toyota. Understand what it is and what it's capable of and you'll realize it's one of the most stunning cars ever built.
Owning the E60 M5 (2006) as a weekend car for almost a year now. Amazing to drive. I only have 1 big issue I can’t figure out. Hope any of you can help. There’s a exhaust fume smell in the car (no gas smell, no oil smell). I’ve had the car go to a specialized garage AND to a BMW dealership, they both couldn’t find anything. It comes from the engine bay through the AC vents, but also when rolling the windows or sunroof down. It’s really strong and gives me a headache. Somehow it’s also a strong smell when opening the booth. However, when driving, it does come from the front. Any ideas?
The beeping is just to indicate time 😬 no worries
Remind me of mine same color, i always having problems with sensors and fuel pump. Thank god i didnt die and crashed my car at 205km so it end up in scrap yard sold it for 10k
Had one with Xmas tree lights. Actually 31 problems when scanned. Added a new battery and all went away. Turns out not enough power reached the sensors
"do you need to take my college money again?" Jokes on you kid, it's already gone!
Sir, you did it the wrong way.You have to turn off the DSC, hit the accelerator pedal and after a second also push the break Thats the only way to do a burnout with the SMG
Maybe a Honda or Toyota would suit you more...
Burn the car. And Do you need my college fund again. That was my first smile today. And it's late Evening.
This car gave BMW the 'unreliable' badge
Just get an Automatic 550i...
The transmission isn't installed backwards. That's how are installed in racecars, a lot of street cars mimicked it the wrong way.
That’s the proper way to shift up the transmission. Going up is downshifting going down is upshifting. Think about it when you slam on the brakes you move forward... acceleration moves you backwards. Same thing with the shifter.
You need to stop making videos.
God!!!!! Bad car owners, behind good cars !!!! No good combination
I recently purchased my first BMW 320i E91 Touring and now I am afraid to drive it. All these warnings light and sounds make me everytime they come up almost get involvedin an acccident. I have now warning lights 1. motor is to hot stop the car to cool of te engine. 2. There is a failure with emmision and then the car is running very slow. 3. Dtc sensor goes on and the cars starts running slow. Anyone want to buy my car, please?
You can’t do a burn out in an automatic !!!!
@Jeffery P both 😂😂
Ross Devine stupid or dumb ?
The engine on that sounds amazing!!!
You are big friends with that bmw guy i reckon? Do everything he asks of you 😇
Interesting! I never let anybody but me drive any car I have had if they can't qualify their ability. I have had 9 mechanics ask me why on various cars I knew better then the computer system what was going on in various situations It's easy. I have a ton of car engineers and computer people in my family. My father owned high end repair businesses.
Is that’s a dealership plat in back window
When I was thinking of buying one, I contacted a local BMW "dealership workshop" by email asking if I could get a price list of some of the most repairs, like clutch, drive shaft shit like that. They didn't reply. Apparently they don't want anything to do with the E60 M5 and Think that if you buy one, you're entitled to burn in the hell you set on fire yourself. Says a lot.
do you hear what you say ,it seemed like you never drove a car or is it your first car ,that´s the only bmw that will increase the price in the future, considered by several car critics the best bmw ever, not me i prefer the 1975´s 2002 not the tii ,just the plain and simple quadruple carburetor ,regards
it´s funny when you do a burn out ,that you can see the rubber left on the road, and look admired when the car informs you that the clutch is overheated, unreliable are the words that come out of your mouth, an M5 it´s one of the best bmw´s ever, in 93 i owned one and still today ,only oil changes breaks pads and tires, and a car like that with automatic transmition it should be considered a crime, and the car was built to be driven not to achieve high-rotations stoped , tires do cost money but there´s a concept that you don´t understand, everything you say is wrong about the car, regards
I own a bimmer like this e60 but mine is the inline 6 and after years of weight reduction weighs 3100 pounds
