John Tortorella did indeed "hit the nail on the head" when he stated that there are times when both players and coaches become so enraged with raw emotions that they talk nasty before they think of the consequences which in turn could easily create an even greater toxic work environment. And, that is why all of these people are trained in advance to do their utmost to avoid "washing their dirty laundry in public". Instead, the better option would be to; a) wait until level-headed thinking prevails and then, b) vent their concerns/frustrations with the appropriate people behind closed doors while at the same time seeking constructive solutions to end a dilemma.

I think John hit the nail on the head. Though the Oilers need to figure their stuff out.

I agree with John's opinion on this one.

Skinner isn’t ready for nhl yet as we’ve seen this year, he needs another year or two to develop. Nothing wrong with that don’t force him up

Tippett isn’t even a bad coach, just a really unfortunate situation, brutal mistake of him to be honest like that, he even said it wasn’t all the goalies fault, all he said is what everyone else said after the giveaway,

Mike hasn’t been bad... he may not be getting scoring support but he’s also not getting defensive support

They need top 2-4 defenseman,and depth scoring 3rd/4th lines... And a goalie
