Conflicts Of Nature : Conflicts In A River (Wildlife Documentary)

  • Published on Apr 15, 2017
  • At the foot of Uganda's roaring Murchison falls live two eternal enemies : the monitor and the Nile crocodile. Despite the crocodile's reign of terror within the river, the stealthy monitor is master of the banks where it steals and devours their vulnerable eggs. The first days of the young Nile crocodile are a series of nightmares : if it survives the monitor's attacks, it must avoid the swooping attacks of perch and eagles. Once adult, it becomes the undisputed master of the river and seeks to devour its erstwhile enemies one by one.

The plural of hippopotamus is hippopotamuses. Chances are, no one will correct you if you say hippopotami.....
If it was a Latin word,'s's a Greek word, meaning 'river horse' You're welcome ;)

Very good documentary but very annoying bug sounds, don’t have to be sooo authentic and pick each and very single sound in nature, this doc about croc better to present that way, but those extra irritating sounds so distracting very poor editing.
Omg I gave up., after writing this comment tried to watch for 5 mins but not able to.

Pretty good life... being a croc. All your long life you spend sunbathing and in refreshing swims. Don't have to worry about putting food on the table every damn day-one solid meal and you can go for several months without any. You don't even have to worry about evolution-no need to evolve further. LOL

I don't know where this guy got his info from, but the croc is not the king of the river, that title goes to the hippo! And hippos most definitely will mess with a croc, so again, wrong! I'm not trying to take anything away from the croc, but if you are going to inform people, then do it properly! Even some of the biggest, badest crocs in the world won't mess with a hippo! I also thought crocs were not cold blooded?

I like these documentaries, however; this constant referencing of unnatural measurements is very irritating to those who understand why time, distance, frequency, volume and mass cannot be separated. Every clock has 12 numbers not 10. There are 24 hours in a day not 20. There are 60 seconds in a minute, not 50. There are 60 minutes in an hour not 50. There are 12 months in a year not 10. The moon is 2,160 miles in diameter and the sun is 864,000 miles in diameter etc. These numbers relate to 432, 216, 144, 108, 72, 36, 12, 6 Every ancient monument on Earth has measurements created around inches, feet, and miles. It's much deeper than I can go into here but it just has to be said that people need to educate themselves and stop accepting what the elite establishment keeps pushing on us.

DNA also proves the THEORY of "evolution" is SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. Go read all the peer reviewed papers, articles, even several books are now written using REAL science to destroy that fairy tale called "evolution"..........LEARN about it.........or keep believing the bullshit you've been brainwashed with.......ya fucking pin-headed little twerp.

Yeah though Nile crocs can grown bigger than what the narrator said..Gustave, that huge wild Nile croc in Burundi who has eaten around 300 people is thought to be about 20/21ft though he has not been measured and would weigh well over a ton..he might be the biggest crocodile in the world though there is one saltie thought to be roaming the Philipines that is massive ..Salt water crocodiles are on average the biggest species you are right...both species have huge individuals that exceed 20ft if they get old and mange to avoid being shot..they continue to grow throughout their lives..gharials in India are also very big but harmless fish eaters..and black caiman can get over 15ft too..
