How woke you are can be measured by how quickly you realized that the women weren’t speaking. I admit I didn’t realize until like 1:25.

Although I can figure there's some truth to this in terms of how deliberately low of quality the skit is-
Anyone who knows how SNL works, knows this low level this skit would never otherwise air.
SNL's been on since 1975, GILDA RADNER (a WOMAN) was the FIRST cast member chosen to be on SNL and although NOT automatically funny, she DID get funny early into SNL's history!!!!!!
and many LONG TIME fans KNOW that.
SHE was ONE OF MANY female cast members EVERY SINGLE YEAR the show was on.

Because the women were being treated unfairly. It's a sketch about women, but all they do is agree with the men who also get the majority of the lines.

Nicely done. Thought this was gonna be bs from the way it started out but ended up laughing pretty hard when they panned to the women’s table then back to the blokes. Reminds me of a Chapelle joke where women’s magazines have a female writer giving advice to women about men, and don’t know what the f**k they’re talking about. So true 😂😂 btw, imagine if we had a day without men. Everything would come to a halt. No electricity or water, deliveries, building, maintenance , the works.
