As someone who has severe anxiety and has been struggling with it a ton again recently, I just love coming back to this song because it really does help me cope. Whenever you’re going through a rough patch in your life, knowing there’s other people that are also going through the same thing and are struggling the same way you are it makes you feel so much less alone, and that’s why I can’t thank Shawn enough for making this song. <3

This song, the lyrics, the symbolism in the mv, all just tells me to keep struggling and fighting, we've all got a purpose or an ambition in life. Giving up is JUST NOT IN OUR BLOOD!!

When the rocks are falling or there is rain, they represent the struggles throughout the expierence. There is flowers at the end of the video showing he overcame the fear.
