Feel sorry for Danny Murphy, it’s like he’s being talking to a brick wall. The other two are clueless. I’m a Chelsea fan, and hate both Arsenal and United so there’s no bias, but imagine saying Arsenal have the same/similar stature to United, absolutely ludicrous!

They had to sell Kante, Mcquire, Marez Drinkwater lets hope they can hold on to Maddison -what a team they would have been without selling the above.

Why would Maddison downgrade from Leicester to Man U lool. He’s guaranteed champions league next season, where as Man U will be stuck playing Europe league.

  • Zenthoriam VII
    Zenthoriam VII 12 days ago

If Maddison has any sense at all he'd listen to what Raiola said United will ruin your career. They've employed a P.E teacher who hasn't got a clue, he's got more chance of winning the league with Leicester in the next 4 years then United have even getting champions League. The club's rotten.

  • Mark Hilton

You say you can’t see him leaving but look at Kanté he left when they won the league and at the time he joined Chelsea we didn’t have champions league football 💙😂💙

Maddison supports united so i think he would want to join them, maybe not in january seeing as leicester are having a good season but i think the lure of playing for the team you support will probably mean more than playing in the champions league for a team who wont be expecting to be winning it.
Hope he doesnt join united cos he would improve their team and i support liverpool 😝

Going for maddison is not the best to do. Tbh he's worth max 20mil, but bcos of his popularity he's gain another 60mil. Which makes him 80mil. But for a team you need to choose quality over popularity. In my opinion the player which would be great signings are ziyech who would be 3/4 of maddison's price and add todd cantwell who is really good and to top it up we go for a player with more experience such as kroos or rakitic or matuidi would do. All we need is a CAM a CM and an experiece player bcos we lack xp and quality in our mid. And the players above are great player for cheap prices u can check it up u will always find them on TheXvid

This just isn’t true, Man Utd don’t have the lure they’ve always had. If you want money there’s clubs that can pay the wages; city, Liverpool, Juventus, PSG, even Everton. No one dreams of playing under OGS, they simply don’t have the pull factor that they used to have

  • Paul Harvey

Dynamics in football are changing, although playing at huge stadium with be appealing of course. Coupled with bigger salary but if the bigger clubs are failing like Man Utd, Chelsea and the likes of Arsenal...why would you transfer to mediocrity. Vardy could have moved but chose to stay and the Leicester fans will be forever grateful for that. Maddison is class, but he is worth big money. Let’s see, I hope as foxes fan he stays but will also understand if he decided to leave at a later date for another bigger club. 🦊

@reza wahyu you say that mate, but the amount of times I see rashford running behind the back line and we keep hold of the ball it's a joke, martial can hold up the ball when he wants too they link up well, Madison is needed desperately aswell as a right winder and Wilfred

    • reza wahyu
      reza wahyu 17 days ago

Maddison needs a fox in the box that mobile, agile and doesn't hold the ball like Vardy,
Manchester United doesn't have that kind of striker, rashford and martial is not that kind of player, that would be lukaku, but he is suck.
Unless we can bought vardy as well, I see almost zero chance for maddison to success.

Why would a player want to leave a club that are most likely to play CL football next season to a club that are fighting for it's spot for CL now? Make no sense! James Maddison will be tempted unless it's a big money transfer. Double wages and bonus! If not he will stay at Leicester or sure!

Not sure history counts for much. If you're looking at a player wanting to better themselves by playing against the best opposition then Leicester are in as good as if not better position than many of the 'big clubs' to be able to offer that right now. The sticking point is the money. Man U due to their greater history can afford to attract these players by doubling or tripling their salary over. Look at Harry Maguire, he's better off financially, but in his career he's potentially given up champions league football for maybe scraping into the Europa league with that move...

  • Kian Dale
    Kian Dale Month ago

I hate everyone thinking people will move from Leicester all the time as we are 2nd in the league and we are not a small club anymore it’s the same with Brendan Rogers moving to arsenal. Arsenal are further down in the league so why would he want to move. The press don’t give us the credit we deserve.

United signed Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic finishing 6th the previous season.
Madders is a United fan, Becks being his footballing icon, Harry Maguire being his best friend.
If United pay up, and Woodward doesn't screw up - Madders to United (in a No#7 shirt) in summer, is a Done Deal.

PS: Regardless of anything, you have to some high to compare United to Leicester City, and of course, Arsenal. Seriously.
And you don't even need to watch football to say No to that argument.

Old thoughts, things change and have changed, Utd and Arsenal were the top 2 in the last 2 decades and most popular & recognized English clubs in the World, but Liverpool, Man City, and Leicester are the present and the future. That bald dude thinks Utd. is too big, but we live in present times & play for the future not the past. Maddison should go to BARCA instead!!
