    My family is Mediterranean and olive oil is actually really really good for you. You don’t gain weight from it unless you’re having heaps. It also helps you absorb the nutrients of your food. I really don’t know why people are so scared of it. I’ve been eating it in my food since I was born literally. My great grandma also used to have a tbsp of it every day and she had no illnesses and lived a long life :)

    Here is an idea, you ate sugar more sugar and some more sugar. Your missing 50 vitamins and nutrients from your diet. All plants and “vegan” products are carb rich spiking your insulin causing acne. Want clear skin and more energy? Eat meat. But you won’t you’ll justify and continue on with your religion. Good luck.

Can you give some advice for new vegans who are struggling to find the right structure and portion sizes by breaking down what times you generally eat at during the day. I find being vegan so overwhelming because I don't quite understand how much I should be eating - lets say, for example, the portion of beans on a salad at lunch. Is there a general guideline to help new vegans adjust and figure it out so that we don't end up binging later in the night? Thank you !

    Tell me what is healthy about eating cucumbers and celery? Cucumbers are 98% water and celery is indigestable. The apples has fructose and anti nutrients. You are brainwashed girl and need to wake up.

    You seem so scared of some types of food it's ridiculous at this point ... oil is super nutrient dense it's not preventing anyone from losing weight nor does it make you gain weight, break out or anything. Everyone eats oil in Europe and we have less obesity problems than American, we have clear skin ... it's not a highly processed food.
    It's the same thing for this urge to drink green juice after eating cake (which I'm sure you barely ever eat.. ) .. not necessary

      I would be more scared of using the microwave which has proven effects on you thyroid rather than fearing oil which is actually good for you and have been used for its nutrient density since... forever basically

      I’ve found the most vegan clothing brands on Instagram oddly enough! But because of tags you can easily find sustainable, ethical & vegan clothing brands :)

    Healthy oils, composed of mainly unsaturated fats, are important for absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Vitamin D. You need healthy fats to live! They help in hormone production, insulation, and cell growth. Ex: Avocado, avocado/walnut/flaxseed oil, nuts, sesame seed oil, olives. olive oil. If you aren’t vegan/veg oily fish like salmon. Bonus they help your hair and skin. Please do not avoid them
