    Ok so regardless of if this is low carb or not but this is what you consider “healthy”? All off the dishes are really high in fat and the portion size must be really small to be under 800 calories per serving. This is not what I would consider for staying fit...

    Low carb is bullshit. It might help you temporarily lose weight, but it's hard to keep it off like that. On top of it the two longest lived people on Earth are people that eat the Mediterranean diet which is mostly made up of carbs like grains and potatoes, and the people of the Japanese Ryuku Islands (sp?) whose diet is over half sweet potato. If you want to lose weight eat balanced, eat reasonably, and get physical activity, preferably exercise that accelerates your heart rate.

    Can’t believe this has to be said but it’s 2019 and we’re already starting it off with some stupid ass comments. Firstly the quiche at the beginning is low carb. Yes, potatoes are far from being low carb but that whole fucking thing is 8-10 slices so you must be a fat ass or have a fat ass mind to think about eating that in one sitting. If you’re doing a low carb diet this is perfectly fine since you’ll be consuming anywhere from 50 or 70 up to 150 carbs a day. If you’re on the keto diet then you obviously would want to stay away from this. Again I can’t believe this has to be explained... The whole quiche is about 130 carbs total. Before you start tapping away on your keyboard I would personally advise you to take up a beginners nutrition course. It’s mind boggling that people no longer have common sense. Not trying to be a dick but come the fuck on already. Get your shit together people!

    Officially gonna try that quiche (with cauliflower in the place of the potatoes). Looks like it might be great for meal prep as I’m trying to get more veggies in. Easy to go a little overboard with the eggs/bacon/meat on keto.

    I lost a 100 pounds independently
