Tribute to pandemic victims unveiled in São Paulo
(15 Jan 2022) An artist in Brazil has suspended clothed, hooded mannequins over a path outside a Sao Paulo cultural centre, saying he named the work "Rebirth" to emphasise the need for "renewal" two years into the pandemic.

Siron Franco said that "it is a time for reflection" and for "solidarity", "because the whole world is suffering" from the pandemic.

His work consists of 365 mannequins of different sizes and volumes suspended by a steel cable, six meters above the ground, representing those who died of COVID-19.

Brazil - one of the countries most devastated by the disease since the pandemic's onset, though infection rates had dropped in recent months as vaccination rates rose - has b...

It's hilarious to me how these nutjob conspiracy theorists insist it was a missile that hit the Pentagon (or anything other than a plane) when we have tons of footage of planes hitting the WTC towers and the aircraft that hit (or as the nutjobs would say: "allegedly hit") the Pentagon is unaccounted for. If they use a missile on the Pentagon, why did they use planes at the WTC? And if planes were good enough for the WTC, then why would they not use them at the Pentagon? Oh, crap! I messed up and started using logical reasoning again. The conspiracy theorists won't even be able to understand this comment now 😢

The Christian God is the True God and I am going to prove it right now: God has a Law called the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20). These Laws include do not lie, do not steal, don’t put others gods before Him (Exodus 20) Have you ever broken any of these Laws? Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you ever lusted after someone? If we really went over God’s Laws in the Bible, every single one of them, it can really expose how much of a sinner we truly are and because we have all committed these acts our punishment is Hell because God’s standard is perfection. Our good works cannot get us into Heaven. That’s like you steal a soda from the store but you tell the judge, “hey judge I give to the orphanage, I do community service.” The judge will not care about what you did. You stole something that was not yours so therefore the Judge is going to find you guilty. God is the same way. But, this Judge is a loving Judge who does not want to sentence you for your crimes. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to come and take the punishment for your sins and if you Repent of your sins and accept jesus Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior then you will be saved from the sentence. Jesus loves you and is not willing that any should perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16) God bless

How in the world can this child abusers attorney say that shes not evil?! She beat her own child nearly to death and glued their hands together! That is fucking torture and evil! This is exactly why I cant be a judge, cop or even in the damn jury. If I was presented a case like this, 99 years wouldnt be my sentence. Making that woman go through everything her child went through would be my punishment for her. She would feel every moment of torture she put her child through.

  • PrincessLilShit

Why in the hell is the "mother" (and I use that term very loosely), crying? What did you expect? You nearly beat your child to death. Did you seriously expect to get a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again? How can a woman who carries a child for 9 months, end up beating them to within an inch of their life then cry cause she got 99 years? Oh that's right, you're crying cause you got caught and are now being punished for your horrendous crime again your own child.

I don't understand what kind of idiocy Western politicians have? To protect themselves from the Ukrainian army and its terror, residents of Donbass have long received passports of the Russian Federation, and are citizens of the Russian Federation.Inciting the Ukrainian army against the residents of Donbass is legally a terror against the citizens of Russia. And legally, no one will be able to challenge Russia's right to protect its citizens. Therefore, the only reasonable step is to force Ukraine to implement the Minsk agreements and negotiations with Donbass.Everything else is the organization and incitement of terror against the citizens of Russia.Despite the fact that Russia is free to protect its citizens in any way.Well and sanctions against Russia for trying to protect people from total murder are the height of the moronism of European politicians.
