    My daughter is 9yrs old and her name is Cadence. She has 3 brothers. We all really enjoyed working out with you this week. Cadence put together her 10 exercises for you: 1. 10 star jumps 2. Hold plank for 30 secs 3. 20 squats 30 second break 4. 8 crunches 5. 10 push ups 6. Run on the spot for 30 secs 7. 10 lunges 8. 10 catch the stars 9. 8 more squats 10.
