    I love your cooking videos! One cool trick when making this again is to pull off the stem and shake the seeds out of the Chile pepper before you submerge them. It makes the process a little faster. Keep up the good work though!

    As a mexican I would say you did a pretty good job, adobo seems legit. My only concern is about the garnishes, it´s not common to add cilantro and you should squeeze lime juice and sprinkle oregano on top to make it pop. Great job!

    This was a really good representation of Pozole. Yes adding lime makes the soup 100x better! My dad would make this non spicy sauce to go with the pozole, which consists of 4 roma tomatoes, a teaspoon of oregano 1/4th of raw white onion and 2 garlic cloves and salt. This Would take it to the next level. Now that im transitioning to a vegan I would definitely try this! THANK YOU!!!!
